The MTV Video Music Awards are one of the hottest events of the year. Both the music and celebrity attendees are usually smoking! The show is an opportunity for artists to show off their new music as well as their fabulous figures.
Ciara, There was some stiff competition for the most revealing dress on the red carpet at the VMAs but RnB star Ciara was certainly up there with the most risque. The 27-year-old looked beautiful in a jewelled and feathered dress that was otherwise almost completely sheer. The design had a Brazilian carnival feel to it as well as elements of the Indian sub-continent.
